Terms and Conditions of Sale
Last updated: June 2026
These General Terms and Conditions of Sale (T&Cs) govern all sales concluded on the www.nubeebox.com website between the company NUBEE and its consumer customers. We invite you to read them carefully before placing any order.
1. Seller Identification
The seller is NUBEE, a SAS with a capital of €1,000, registered with the Bergerac Trade and Companies Register under number 106 221 609, whose registered office is located at 204 Boucle du Monge, 24540 Saint-Romain-de-Monpazier, France. Contact: boutique@nubeebox.com
2. Scope of Application
These T&Cs apply to any order placed on the website by a consumer customer, as defined by the French Consumer Code. Any order implies unreserved acceptance of these T&Cs, which the customer acknowledges having read and accepted before validating their order. NUBEE reserves the right to modify its T&Cs at any time; the applicable T&Cs are those in force on the date of the order.
3. Products
The products offered are the Nubee audio device and its associated figurines (Saints and figures from Christian tradition), accompanied by audio content for the child to listen to. The essential characteristics of each product are presented on its product page. Photographs and visuals are as accurate as possible but are not contractual and may show slight variations from the delivered product (shades, finishes). Our products are designed as a supplement to spiritual awakening and catechesis, not as a substitute.
4. Pre-order — Founding Families
Pre-order sale. The launch of Nubee is in the form of a pre-order, a limited series reserved for the first "Founding Families". By placing a pre-order, you reserve your device and commit to purchasing it.
Terms: The price is paid in full at the time of pre-order, which confirms your reservation. Delivery is scheduled for autumn 2026. This date is provided as an indication and in good faith; in case of a change in the schedule, you will be informed by email.
In accordance with the French Consumer Code, in the event of a delivery delay of more than thirty (30) days from the announced date, you may request the cancellation of your pre-order and obtain a full refund of the sums paid, under the conditions set out in Article 8. You may also cancel your pre-order at any time before its shipment and receive a full refund.
5. Price
Prices are indicated in euros, all taxes included (TTC), excluding delivery costs which are charged separately and specified before order validation. The applicable price is the one displayed on the product page at the time of the order. NUBEE reserves the right to modify its prices at any time, it being understood that products are invoiced based on the rate in force at the time the order is placed.
6. Order
The customer selects the products, verifies the details of their cart, enters their information, then validates their order after having accepted the T&Cs. The sale is considered final after order confirmation by e-mail and payment collection. NUBEE reserves the right to refuse or cancel any order that is abnormal, fraudulent, or placed by a customer with whom there is a dispute.
7. Payment
Payment is made online, securely, by credit card or by other means offered during checkout. Payment data is processed directly by our payment provider via an encrypted connection; NUBEE never has access to your full bank details. The order is validated only after payment confirmation.
8. Delivery
Products are delivered to the address indicated by the customer during the order, in metropolitan France and, where applicable, in the areas specified during checkout. Delivery times are given as an indication. The transfer of risks occurs at the time of physical delivery of the product to the customer. In case of a damaged product received or an opened package, we invite you to make reservations with the carrier and contact us without delay.
9. Right of withdrawal
In accordance with articles L.221-18 et seq. of the French Consumer Code, you have a period of fourteen (14) days from receipt of your product to exercise your right of withdrawal, without having to provide any reason. For pre-orders, this period runs from actual delivery.
To exercise this right, simply notify us of your decision by an unambiguous statement (by email to boutique@nubeebox.com). The return and refund procedures are detailed in our Refund Policy.
The right of withdrawal does not apply, in accordance with the law, to goods made to the consumer's specifications or clearly personalized, nor to audio recordings unsealed after delivery when they are provided on a physical medium.
10. Legal Guarantees
Irrespective of any commercial warranty, NUBEE remains liable for defects in conformity of the goods and hidden defects, under the conditions provided by law.
- Legal guarantee of conformity (articles L.217-3 et seq. of the French Consumer Code): you have a period of two (2) years from the delivery of the goods to act. You can choose between repair or replacement of the product, subject to the cost conditions provided by law.
- Warranty against hidden defects (articles 1641 et seq. of the Civil Code): you can choose between cancelling the sale or a reduction in price.
To implement these guarantees, contact us at boutique@nubeebox.com.
11. Liability
Nubee is a device intended for use by children under adult supervision. NUBEE cannot be held responsible for use that does not comply with the instructions provided. NUBEE's liability cannot be engaged in case of non-performance due to an event of force majeure, the act of a third party, or the act of the customer.
12. Intellectual Property
All content (audio, visuals, figurines, brand, logo) remains the exclusive property of NUBEE. The purchase of a product grants a right of personal and private use, excluding any reproduction or commercial exploitation.
13. Personal Data
The data collected as part of the order is processed in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
14. Mediation and Dispute Resolution
In the event of a dispute, the customer is invited to first contact NUBEE's customer service to seek an amicable solution. Failing resolution, the consumer customer may have free recourse to the following consumer mediator: CM2C — Centre de la Médiation de la Consommation de Conciliateurs de Justice, 49 rue de Ponthieu, 75008 Paris — www.cm2c.net. The customer can also use the European Online Dispute Resolution platform: https://ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr.
15. Applicable Law
These T&Cs are subject to French law. In the event of a dispute, and after failure of any attempt at amicable resolution, the French courts will have jurisdiction in accordance with the applicable legal rules.
