The trademark "Nubee," the cloud-shaped logo, and the associated visual universe are protected. Any unauthorized use may constitute infringement, incurring the civil and criminal liability of its perpetrator.

Nubee attaches particular importance to the protection of the privacy of families and their children. The methods of collecting and processing your personal data are detailed in our Privacy Policy, drafted in accordance with Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (GDPR) and the "Data Protection Act."

As a reminder, the Nubee device operates entirely offline: it does not collect, record, or transmit any listening data from the child.
